Author Biography


David Peckham, born and raised in England, currently resides in Chelan, Washington, with his wife Katie, and is the father of three children. He was born during World War II as Nazi bombs destroyed neighboring houses. At seventeen years of age, David entering the Lord's work with the Church Army in London. He graduated from Moorlands Bible College in Devon, England before ministering in the Faroe Islands off and on for three years. The Faroe Islands lie northwest of Scotland and halfway between Iceland and Norway. He came to the United States to enter missionary training with New Tribes Mission in Pennsylvania followed by a ministry that included serving as a pastor, Bible teacher, and missionary. He turned his back on God and spent twenty-three years angry at Him for what he calls "low blows from God." The Lord wonderfully restored David to Himself in 1999, and he now spends his time teaching the Word of God and writing both fiction and non-fiction, which includes a free weekly Internet ministry (Thoughts from the Word).
